Peel back film from one corner of tray. Microwave on high for four minutes. Stir each component, re-cover, and heat one minute more or until hot throughout.
Conventional Oven or Toaster Oven:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel off film entirely. Cover tray with foil and heat for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, stir each component, re-cover, and heat 15 minutes more or until hot throughout.

Our meals are 100% vegetarian and made with whole ingredients. We do not use any cell-based meat, fake meat products or soy based plant-based meat alternatives in our meals. We believe that you can have a nutritious and complete meal from whole ingredients that cultures have relied on for many generations.
