If for any reason you feel we could have improved on your experience or your experience warrants a refund or reship, please contact us at hello@houseofkajaana.com. Refunds and reships are granted on a case-by-case basis, within 30 days of purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, sending returns back to us is not necessary.
