Rich and flavorful without being heavy, this plant-based saag will become a staple in your freezer. Made from a blend of toasted sesame, nutrient-dense spinach, and mustard greens, our saag is seasoned with garam masala, toasted cumin, and other traditional Indian spices. The earthy greens are balanced by sweet butternut squash that is roasted with tangy amchur (dried mango powder). We serve our beloved saag beside a bright basmati rice made with crushed tomatoes, curry leaves, and chickpeas for added protein.
