Through product development, we were committed to creating delicious, high-quality, and nutrient-dense meals. We taste-tested, fine-tuned, and bejeweled our meals with more protein and nutrients in dynamic ways, all while treasuring the process of modernizing our favorite Indian classics to elevate your day within minutes. From this, we launched our First Collection: Roasted Butternut Saag, Cauliflower Tikka Masala, and Coconut Malabar Curry.

From whole ingredients to traditional spices, each meal delivers a unique flavor profile while serving up a crave-worthy, high-quality, healthy meal experience. Our delicious saag is made from a blend of toasted sesame, nutrient-dense spinach, and mustard greens, seasoned with garam masala, toasted cumin, and other traditional Indian spices. You’d be surprised to see how much spinach we add to each dish to serve up what you see on your plate! With the help of magnificent tahini, our saag has a perfectly smooth texture and delicious taste. The earthy greens are balanced by sweet butternut squash that is roasted with tangy amchur (also known as dried mango powder). 

We serve our flavorful Roasted Butternut Saag alongside our signature aromatic tomato basmati rice made with crushed tomatoes and curry leaves, studded with chickpeas, and crowned with pumpkin seeds.

Each and every ingredient serves the purpose of bringing flavor and nutrition to every bite.
